Goldilocks - Las Vegas

One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas is Goldilocks on Maryland Parkway, near the Boulevard Mall. Goldilocks is famous for their Filipino bakery. Goldilocks is the #1 bakery in the Philippines with 13 locations in North America but in my opinion they are also one of the best Filipino Restaurtants around. My favorites includes dinuguan: which is the best around, Lumpia, Chicken and Pork Adobo: also one of the best around, and Pancit. Their service is also excellent and they are always very polite.
Last summer, I took my parents there and they commented that the food was great and the Pancit was the best they ever tasted. They said, it was better than the Pancit in Hawai’i. I have to agree that Goldilocks is one of the best around.
I just came back from Hawai’i and was really disappointed with one of the Filipino Restaurants there…more on that in another post.
I highly recommend this restaurant. If I was going to give them a rating, I would say they would be a perfect 10 for Filipino Cuisine. For me, this is a restaurants that I must go to on every visit to Las Vegas…just like Zippy’s in Hawai’i.
