Mililani Golf Club Restaurant/Alonzo’s Meats
During my trip to Hawai’i for the 2008 Pro Bowl. I met some friends at the Mililani Golf Club Restaurant since a former co-worker is a part owner of the restaurant.  Anyway, the restaurant serves a wide range of local foods, including Filipino food and the service was great. We ordered so much different type of dishes, I really can’t remember all of it. Anyway, I had the Hawaiian Steak and  Sari Sari.Â
Both dishes were excellent. This was the first time, I tried Sari Sari (Filipinio Soup) and it was awesome. Lots of vegetables and it was very tasty. But my favorite of all is the famous Alonzo’s Hawaiian Steak. This teriyaki steak is soooooo soft it pratically melts in your mouth. I think the cut of meat is flank but I’m not totally sure and don’t care. This is the best teriyaki steak that I ever tasted. Â
You can also, purchase the marinated Hawaiian Steak for home. This what I did and end up freezing some and bringing it home to Washington.  For those of you, that haven’t tasted the Hawaiian Steak….this is a must if you are in the area.  Here’s the address if you are interested in trying the Hawaiian Steak.
